About us
Who are we?
Transferring a business is a key process that requires months, if not years, of planning. For a business owner, the stakes involved in a successful transfer are human, financial, technical, fiscal and even psychological.
Prolinks Partner plays a dual role in its assignments: it acts as an M&A advisor, specialising in the transfer process, from the preparation of the file to the conclusion of the sale contract. It supports the owner in his professional and personal reflections and defines with him the objectives of the operation.
As a strategic advisor, Prolinks supports its clients in the pre-sales phase by identifying areas for improvement and implementing a transformation process to create value.
Our team
The Prolinks team is made up of professionals in the sale of technology companies, with both experience as owners who have sold their companies and knowledge of the issues involved in selling companies.
Bernard Sulliger
Bernard Sulliger, 59, has spent his entire career in the Swiss IT industry. As an entrepreneur, he founded a dozen companies in Switzerland and Belgium, three of which were sold to major IT groups. He has also held executive and board positions.
In 2015, he set up Prolinks Partner SA to put his experience to work for his clients in the following areas:
- Strategic consulting: expertise in fundamental business transformation processes.
- M&A advisory: management of the business transfer process through sale, merger or LBO. He has completed around twenty transactions worth between CHF 2 million and CHF 40 million.
He obtained a CAS in merge & acquisitions (FATE) in 2023 and joined the Swiss M&A Expert Chamber.
