Our transformation process begins with six thematic workshop blocks conducted with the company’s shareholders and executive management.

1. Vision and Goals

  • We identify the shareholders’ vision for the company, growth models, and their medium- to long-term objectives. We develop a SWOT analysis that will serve as a reference point throughout the strategic study and during each strategy review.

2. Identity

  • The brand represents the company’s identity and plays a key role in its strategy. This workshop is designed to identify the essential elements of the brand, its values, how it is perceived by clients and employees, as well as its market positioning.

3. Context

  • This workshop involves creating an overall landscape of the environment in which the company operates and describing the evolution of market expectations within this economic, technological, legal, or social context.

4. Value Propositions

  • We share an in-depth analysis of the company’s value propositions through its Products & Services, highlighting the differentiating factors. This workshop also serves to challenge the key commercial messages.

5. Sales Strategy

  • During this workshop, we will identify the most effective channels to promote the company’s products and services.

  • We will develop the commercial and distribution strategy, and finally define the digital strategy and its implementation (social media, web, SEO, eCommerce).

6. Capabilities

  • Define all necessary resources in terms of human, material, and financial needs, as well as the required organizational structure.

These six workshop blocks allow for the development of a strategy and the definition of a concrete and practical action plan.
