The PROLINKS team is composed of professionals in business sales, combining the experience of former business owners who have sold their own companies with a deep understanding of the challenges involved in business transfers.
Bernard Sulliger has spent his entire career in information technology in Switzerland. An entrepreneur, he founded a dozen companies in Switzerland and Belgium, three of which were sold to major IT groups. He has also held executive and board positions.
In 2015, he founded PROLINKS Partner SA to leverage his experience for the benefit of his clients in strategic advisory and business transfers. In 2023, he obtained a CAS in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Business Transfers (FATE) and joined the Swiss Chamber of Business Transfer Experts. Bernard holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Neuchâtel.
Patrick Joset has always been active in information technology in Switzerland, working for several large companies across different sectors (banking, industry, commerce). In the late 1990s, he co-founded an IT services company and managed its Geneva branch for twenty years. After selling the company to a leading European IT services provider, he joined PROLINKS Partner SA as a Senior Partner to leverage his experience for clients in the areas of digital governance and transformation. He actively participates in the company’s M&A activities. Patrick holds the Swiss Federal ICT Manager diploma.
Francisco Vaquera is an entrepreneur with extensive experience across many areas of business. As an advisor, he provides strategic guidance to company leaders regarding the organization and development of their activities. Combining his in-depth knowledge with the strength of his network, he naturally became a Senior Partner at PROLINKS. He supports advisory and M&A projects and actively contributes to the company’s success. Francisco holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Neuchâtel.
Damien Rey is an M&A Consultant and joined Prolinks in 2024. Damien has developed strong skills in Corporate Finance and business valuation. His expertise and commitment allow him to support our clients in their transactions with rigor and efficiency. His experience at EY helped him strengthen his accounting and corporate finance skills. He has worked on a variety of assignments, ranging from audit to financial analysis, in demanding environments. Damien holds a Bachelor’s degree from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Finance from London.
